READY TO SHIP ITEMS: These items ship within 2-3 business days of cleared payment to the address on your Etsy order. The domestic standard shipping delivery time is about 3 to 5 business days. International Orders time is about 14 business days.
CUSTOM ORDERS: These items take 1 week production time plus shipping. (please keep this on mind when requesting a custom order)
All my products are shipped with EXTREME care. All my orders are shipped with tracking so you can know when you'll receive your item.
NOTE: Once the package has been shipped and showed that it has been delivered, we are not responsible for the loss of package. Please check with neighbors and post office.
Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If any of your purchased items are damaged while being shipped to you, I will replace or refund.
If this happens you will need to contact me NO LATER than 2 days after the product has arrived.
IN ORDER FOR A REFUND/REPLACEMENT I will need a photo of the damage, as I need to file a claim with my shipping carrier as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE:
Any custom orders placed are non-returnable/refundable if you are unhappy with the colors/design you chose - that is why I urge you to message me with any questions.
I will not be responsible for incorrect mailing address that is provided. It will be the buyers responsibility to message me with any address changes BEFORE shipment - if there are any missing/returned items due to this, it will be the buyers responsibility for replacement/reshipment fee's.
I will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages that show on the tracking that the item was delivered to the address on the shipping label. Any lost/stolen items once delivered will be the buyers responsibility to contact their local USPS for further assistance in retrieving / filing a claim regarding the issue.!
