The sequin changes from a beautiful color to a white or silver color with a 'personal touch' just with the run of your fingers! The perfect gift or just because! Add your kid's name or a friend's name in a very fun font!

• Font size will depend on how many characters are added
• Name color will be printed like the picture (unless a different color is requested)
• The sequins are only on one side of the backpack

To order select the quantity and add to cart. You can add the personalization detail including the font in the "Add an optional Note" box during checkout or you can send us a message. If no font is chosen, we will use the same font as the sample picture.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS: These items ship within 2-3 business days of cleared payment to the address on your Etsy order. The domestic standard shipping delivery time is about 3 to 5 business days. International Orders time is about 14 business days.

CUSTOM ORDERS: These items take 1 week production time plus shipping. (please keep this on mind when requesting a custom order)

All my products are shipped with EXTREME care. All my orders are shipped with tracking so you can know when you'll receive your item.

NOTE: Once the package has been shipped and showed that it has been delivered, we are not responsible for the loss of package. Please check with neighbors and post office.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

If any of your purchased items are damaged while being shipped to you, I will replace or refund.

If this happens you will need to contact me NO LATER than 2 days after the product has arrived.

IN ORDER FOR A REFUND/REPLACEMENT I will need a photo of the damage, as I need to file a claim with my shipping carrier as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:
Any custom orders placed are non-returnable/refundable if you are unhappy with the colors/design you chose - that is why I urge you to message me with any questions.

I will not be responsible for incorrect mailing address that is provided. It will be the buyers responsibility to message me with any address changes BEFORE shipment - if there are any missing/returned items due to this, it will be the buyers responsibility for replacement/reshipment fee's.

I will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages that show on the tracking that the item was delivered to the address on the shipping label. Any lost/stolen items once delivered will be the buyers responsibility to contact their local USPS for further assistance in retrieving / filing a claim regarding the issue.!
